    Item said to be new was not and one part was missing. Seller accepted a return but veracity from the outset would have been easier. Mistakes happen, of course. And may just have happened here. But I recommend buyers to double check.

    I apologize! Your return did not specify that it was missing a part. These are new, in mfg box, so I assumed everything was included as the box was sealed. I have more of these and can ship a replacement if you prefer. I would have also found the missing part in another to send to you. I am sorry for the inconvenience! -Sarah
