  It was a pleasure to do business with such a professional seller. He wqas always one step ahead. Before I received the Tivo he had already sent me an email giving me the code to use to transfer the lifetime service into my name. There was also a problem with the US Mail and he refunded a portion of the shipping charges too!!!! The product was i n like new condition and it was well packaged too!!!
