Product arrived quickly and in good condition. The seller packages well & communicates well. However, the product itself is not very good at doing what it claims. It is very inaccurate and inconsistent in its results. I am a professional Mercedes-Benz diagnostic technician and have compared its performance to the equipment that Mercedes-Benz has me use at work. The concept of the tool is a great idea, but the database they are using for computations is inaccurate. So I do not recommend this tool
