Knock off Owala delivered that did not look the same as listing photos or my known example (different colors and print) and does not function like real owala (leaks and poor suction compared to real). Seller finally refunded after time and threatening to escalate to claims without full refund.

    Lid was cracked on arrival. This was very disappointing as I cannot find this exact replacement lid and it is very pretty. However, sender did provide a partial refund, which is why I gave positive review. And the other 2 I ordered from this seller arrived intact.

    Original review: FAKE smiski. packaging should not look like that. It should be completely wrapped with plastic. These are only partially wrapped and are fake. Updated review as of 1/24/24: as of making the original review, the seller has continued to harass and spam my inbox trying to get me to change my review to a positive review. The seller has messaged me 8 times since making my original review. Im unable to include screenshots of her/his messages since i am revising the comment.

    It is a functioning thermometer. Does it work? Yes. Yes it does. Is it sturdy? Well, to a degree. I mean it is a glas vial that is filled with... very unknown liquid metal. (Guess which one) enough fun. The product arrived packed in some plastic. It was not any stellar packaging but none of the product arrived broken so good. Value vise it was a pretty good deal. 1 thermometer for cca 1 dolar. Appearance... it is a glas vial with measuring glas pipe inside.
