  New, not sure how they make any money. Delivery was done by Uber. Felt sorry for the guy. The directions had him turning of of the interstate down a dirt road. I don't live near a interstate. He finally used Google's maps. Lucky I went to mail box and he asked me where 1316 was, he was at 1315. I said right here. Makes you wonder how they sell a 25 dollar gas jug for 9.41. Must be Amazon returns.

  So far so good the packaging was lousy the condition it doesn’t matter, but it was wet. I guess it was a good value. I’m sure I could’ve gotten it cheaper at Walmart since that where it came from.
