    This vase a vintage piece, at least 50 years old. So I was concerned about the packaging & shipping. The vase came in perfect condition well padded & amazingly boxed. Shipping was quick. My only issue is with the red ring near the top. The red on the actual vase is nowhere near is pronounced as in the photo. Other than that, the vase is just as described. The shipping charge may seem high, but it is a heavy piece. For what it is, it's a good value.

    Item as described, in perfect condition. Timely shipping. I'm not sure how to tell it's a first edition, but it has the cutest little face. I also recently realized there are multiple sizes of these, so it just adds a nice variation to the only non-birds I have. It was packed well so that it arrived intact. I would recommend this seller!
