When I contacted the seller his response was pleasant and timely. He immediately sent out a replacement pair with no hassle on my part. I received my replacement boots quickly. They are high quality, beautiful boots. Do not hesitate to purchase from this most reputable seller. A+ transaction all 'round!

    The quality of those riding boots is not 100 %. I need to bring them to a shoemaker for repairing a few details. But the size fits and the meassures are right. They look good from far. I can use them well. There is no communication with the seller possible. I wrote a few e-mails with a few questions - never got an answer. I guess they are lazy with that or this company is actually in India / Pakistan producing those boots there. The shipping from the US was fast and not too expensive.

    Nightmare!! took over 2 wks for delivery $200 boots were damaged. Had to send pics/convince seller to exchange. I paid out f pocket/return shipping they were back in 3 days ...Seller SAID when i sent tracking he would process/ship out my exchange, so I wouldn't have to wait. NOT TRUE. He also said no more than 5-7 business days.. ALL FALSE It's been 2 wks now and they haven't shipped out yet. Now he is saying it's a busy time of year and he can't predict when they will arrive, if at all.
