  I received the escalator spring set a couple of days ago, and it appears to be complete and in good (new) condition. The seller did a nice job of labeling the dozen or so pieces. I have not yet installed the parts yet because of travel but am looking forward to doing so. When ordering this replacement set, the seller was kind enough to give me some advice on cleaning and what to look for which I appreciate.
