  The item was exactly as described, shipping took about a week. Once I received the package in the mail there was no damage to the item or the box, The toy is valuable as a collector's item, although I do play with it time to time. What got me confused is that the hang tag says the toy is a 9 inch plush , but in reality you've measured it and it looks like a 7 inch plush. I'm not complaining as long as its a Loud House plush I'm fine.
