We are Robert and Tisha, a married couple that love to thrift. We got bored of staying home while the kids are in school so now we fill that time going to thrift stores and looking for treasures. They helped fix the issue on every level and even sent another item to replace the one that was lost. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. The quality and condition were both as described.

    Statues were broke when I received, contacted seller, they asked for pictures to start an insurance claim on their shipping. The items were very well packaged. They offered me to keep the broken ones and refunded me 50%. I did expect 100% refund but since these were for my soon to be ex -wife , I was happy to get any money back and her gift to match our marriage. So in all the seller was fair and I didn't counter offer or ask for 100% refund. The packages you could see were well bubble wrap
