    This item arrived damaged I took pictures of the box and the broken item Then I sent message to seller There was no corespondents from seller just issued a partial refund I then messaged the seller asking if this was their standard procedure The seller never bothered to respond I have never encountered this with any other seller in the last 10 years of buying on eBay! Normally this is NOT how I leave feedback!! Just wanted to help any other buyers as to how this seller conducts business

    I responded to the buyer. I refunded the buyer for the price of the item, as they did not pay fro addition insurance and only had the insurance that was provided through priority mail. Priority mail insurance does not cover the cost of shipping only the cost of the damaged item.
