  To be clear, my dissatisfaction with this transaction was with the product not the seller. I received the lipstick completely sealed so the seller did not know it was defective at the time. They have offered a complete refund and has apologized for any inconvenience. I would buy from them again with no hesitation.

  Buyer was asked to start a return. He asked me how to do it. I gave him step by step instructions. He opted to keep the item rather than returning. I offer free returns, not free refunds. I've sold many of these lipsticks in different colors with no problems.
