    Excellent communication from the seller. I had contacted eBay because this package was in transit and never left my local distribution center. I was hoping eBay was going to cover the purchase with it's insurance policy, but the seller stepped in and refunded the purchase, which I did not at all expect. The seller did ship the package immediately, the delay was due to the USPS. Again, the seller stepped up to cover this, even though it was not the seller's fault. Thank You

    This was a quality purchase at a good value. It's Levi's so I know I'm getting a quality item. Thread Games did not disappoint; they packaged the jeans well, and they were exactly as described. I wish the shipping would have been faster, as it took about 5 days to ship and another 5-6 to arrive. I checked the reviews, so I guess this was a one-off. Other than that I don't have any complaints, they know what they're doing, and I'm glad I chose to make this purchase with them.
