I asked questions about the product that were not in the description before I bought it and they still have not responded. Product was good, just communication was nonexistent.   Cory was top notch to work with. The part we received was unusable (an axle) because of the way it was removed. I immediately made Cory aware and he responded that he would try to take care of it and replace it. After a week and timely responses, a replacement was not found and he immediately refunded us. In my opinion, this is exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this seller.
