  Seller shipped promptly. The packaging of the item (not the packaging in which the item was shipped) was a bit beat up - torn paper backing. The scissors can be useful, but the grip (which is why I bought the scissors) was not what I had hoped for, just not as soft as I have had with other scissors for this size and age group. Price of the item meant it would have been a waste of time to return.
