    This says a 4 pack, but I ordered and received a 2 pack. Positive so far! My last order, I ordered a 2 pack, but received only 1. I had to return it, they did not give me any option to simply ask for the second battery to ship to me, which seemed kind of silly!

    This sale involved an offer for batteries and a charger, however it was necessary to select the option for the charger separately and this step is easily overlooked. The upfront ad shows a picture of two batteries and a charger, however it is necessary to make a secondary selection to receive the charger. The seller was willing (and did) offer a small refund in exchange for not receiving the charger. Overall, the transaction and the follow up regarding the missing charger were resolved.
