  Excellent transaction! Booklet shipped quickly and was packaged in a clear plastic sleeve, sandwiched between two pieces of heavy cardboard, and placed in a waterproof envelope. Seller made sure this piece was going to reach me in great condition, and it did. Item is as old as me so it has some wear as described (actually, I would be lucky to look that good!). The cherry on top: the seller accepted a lower offer and included a hand-written thank you. Bid with confidence from this seller!
