Ordered a case of tennis balls. FedEx tracking said delivered Jun3. But mailroom denied any such deliver. Checked 3 times over a week. US Post Officer showed me it was incorrectly delivered to a zip code across town. I went there. They had no record. FedEx web, apps, and customer support had no explanation. Contacted EBay for buyer protection. Contacting seller to get another shipment, else will blackmail and not do business again. Maybe it’s all a scam. (?)
