    Seller sold me a watch with a broken GMT setting mechanism. Interestingly, he shipped it in a box with a shipping label underneath that showed that he himself had purchased it from somebody else from eBay just a few days earlier. So from this, I gather that he knew it was defective and tried to pass it off on me without mentioning the defect in the listing. He should have just returned it to the first guy. Fortunately, I was able to return it without hassle, at least.

    A lot of assumptions here. The shipping box was from another eBay purchase. The watch was working fine when shipped and after the return. Regardless a refund was promptly sent. Now a month and a half after the fact he leaves negative feedback, based on his assumptions. Takes all kinds I guess.
