    SELLER DIT NOT ship an item as described, rather a competitors product. Seller knowingly violated 3 if not more of Ebay s seller policies. Seller did so in spite of very clear communication. In brief, buyer bought a new Braun Series 7 (7071 cc) wet and dry men s electric shaver. Seller shipped Philips/Norelco triple head razor. Razor sold can easily be bought many places by seller who refused to honor the sale. Buyer even offered to accept ANY new Braun series 7. A real p*ss off time waste.
