Also, when I purchased there was a shipping charge which I thought nothing of, but the seller took it upon their self to let me know after the fact that they didn’t mean to put a shipping charge on and refunded me the cost.     UPDATE!!! This seller did an incredible job of resolving the issue with my purchase, She responded very quickly and I was able to receive a full refund. Although the item was a complete dud of product her customer service was outstanding. She was very professional, and mentioned that she was selling for a third party. In the future I will look harder into my purchases and I believe she has learned a lot about what to look for in the products she sells.
