  Unfortunately my item came damaged but it was not the sellers fault. He had it wrapped carefully with plenty of packing material. When the package arrived, it looked like someone had just cut down one whole side of the box. It was NOT handled with care during shipping, despite the MANY stickers saying FRAGILE. The seller was quick to respond when I reached out and filed a complaint. I was refunded and overall it was a pleasant transaction. He was considerate and I would buy from him again. Thx!

  Seems like the seller mostly sells vintage glass and ceramics but shipped the old mugs I bought in a soaked through Vans box with zero bubble wrap and a single piece of kraft paper around each. 2/5 arrived shattered. I messaged him, and received a refund, which is clearly great, but never got any response from him which is kinda lame.

  The listing stated in multiple places that the item was made in the USA, but it had a factory tag on it "Made in Korea". Seller then expected me to pay for the return shipping, and stopped responding when I said I would not fork out the cash to send it back when they were false advertising and the item was not as described. I had to get Ebay arbitration involved to get a shipping label and resolve everything.
