  Product was as described, prompt shipping, arrived safely and the packaging was secure. Great communication with seller when I had questions. The part I needed is in good used condition. It took me 20 minutes to fix the liftgate on my 2007 Toyota Highlander. The part I needed was in the assembly, I just used the part I need on the existing liftgate assembly. Fantastic price for a used part. Toyota wanted $300 for the same assembly, new. I highly recommend this seller and will use again.

It’s an OEM part, which is a much better deal than buying a replacement from Honda or modifying an aftermarket one. The $5 shipping fee was reasonable, sent via USPS in a small waterproof bubble mailer wrapped in quality paper.
