    Out of the 5 they sent me 2 was the wrong size, after contacting them they told me that they shouldn't make a difference as lay z spa do not use them anymore which is lies and that I should return the order so then I have to pay to return them because of their mistake. This seller just likes to waist people's time and money .

    Cant fault the service and fantasic value. I described the fault to John, he diagnosed is as a failed impeller. Told me what service pack to buy from his eBay shop, then sent me crystal clear, step by step detailed photo instructions on how to dismantle the pump and install the part. This was before i'd purchased the part!! I also purchased the descaler along with the service pack (if nothing else, it means you ran run the filter with Couldn't recommend enough and would use again. Thanks John
