  Amazing experience from start to end. They honored my request to delay delivery, upgraded my machine to one with less scratches than the one pictured (unprompted!), and when I let them know, sent along missing bobbins and thread quickly. It was packaged really well, with the machine, pedal, and power cord cushioned and prevented from banging into each other during transit. And, as promised, the machine is working great so far.
