    The batteries and battery caddy showed up in worse description than described with 2 batteries having 0 charge at all. The seller was very helpful and responded in a timely manor to resolve the issue! The packaging for shipping was very well done and the UPS was a great value for the money.     We couldn't complete the sale due to a listing error. Mistakes happen, and this seller notified me immediately and did a fine job of communicating the issue. While I'm disappointed not to get the deal I thought I was getting, I think the seller did a good job of handling a difficult situation. So even though this didn't work out, I would still consider buying from this seller again.

    It arrived packed very well and but the box was not very well taped and was coming loose in both ends, more wrapping tape. Or it could be the shipping company that was used? I don’t get a remote control with this unit and I trying to see if I can get one or were to purchase one! Any help will Be appreciated. My wife loved her birthday present and it arrived a day before her birthday! Great service!
