My name is Charlene and I'm the Real Housewife of Lake Erie. In this store you will find a variety of items ranging from practical, everyday necessities to luxury items for men, women, and children.

I don't typically offer free shipping because, well, shipping isn't free. When a listing offers free shipping, the cost has been inflated. I charge the estimated cost of shipping and handling. I feel it's a more honest approach and when you or I send each other an offer, we are negotiating the cost of the item itself, as we should be.     The tracking on my order kept showing in transit and it was almost 2 weeks since the Seller shipped the package so I contacted her. She got right on it and filed a missing package report with the post office. There ended up being a message to call the post office customer care in the tracking and she did. They told her the package had been destroyed, as crazy as that sounds. She didn't hesitate and immediately refunded me. A SUPER SELLER!

    Not much I can say about a toy hat. Item I got was exactly as pictured and wasn't super worn out or anything. I do like how many pictures you posted of the item as it was super helpful to deduce the overall condition of it. I do want to advise the seller in the future to not simply copy/paste the title in the description and call it good, but rather explain the item and condition a bit more, but it isn't a huge deal for this item due to it's simplicity. just some advice for the seller.
