The receiver arrived and unwrapping it several plastic pieces spilled out onto my table that look to be part of the cable holder from the upper left portion of the receiver. FedEx must thrown the box and it took a big hit on that corner despite being somewhat protected. That corner is also dented. Everything still works and I would still be comfortable spending here again. I am reaching out to seller only to have them call FedEx.

The seller had pictures of the box not the contents, but they had a good rating so I trusted them. The combo set was advertised as having 2 HEPA filters & a cut to fit pre-filter. What I received was 1 HEPA filter & a pre-filter that had been opened and cut into 3 pieces. Ebay refunded my money.
