  Item arrived in new condition as advertised (which is the only reason this is not a neutral or a negative) but shipping was a mess... initially delivered to wrong address with no tracking number provided...seller would not answer messages on this platform... found out later it was because the seller is drop shipping items from Amazon and had no idea where the package was either. Not really a good business model for customer communication.
