    Received jacket today well packed and in great time. Had one little hic-up in that my state doesn't charge sales tax on clothing but ebay added it to the order and I didn't notice. Contacted Refrigiwear and they took care of it right away. Great customer service. I've used them for a few years now and they sell really good cold weather products. I wore their jackets when working outdoors here in N.E. and now retired I got put on a blood thinner & am always cold. Refrigiwear keeps my life normal.

    There was a snafu in the ordering process for a pair of mittens as it turned out FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. Contacted the seller was given and apology a refund was issued right away. I only submit this in order to help others to not fall into the same pitfall. I might add when I went to reorder the price on the mittens had increased by almost six dollars. Guess I will go else where.
