    Great quality. Super value. Although thier appearance wasn't quite new looking, resulting in no one wanting to pocket it . Thier customer service is top notch; I reached out to them on the appearance and they promptly got back with me made it right by me. So much so , i ordered another pack as a thank you of sorts. Its been over a month now and still using the first one out the first pack. They definitely are as described, new bic lighters.
