    The seller is a liar. He stated that the product was new and the factory packaging was not opened. But he sent the product in an open package. He refused to return part of the cost as compensation to me. Although even in the photo, if you look closely, you can see that something is wrong with the tape. In general, the gift is ruined, I do not advise dealing with this seller unless you want to ruin your mood, of course.

    Sorry you feel that type of way. You were more than welcome to return the item and we would have refunded you if you weren't happy but instead you messaged us demanding X amount of dollars back and to keep the item.
