There was an issue at the post office (not seller fault) and they were extremely helpful and conveyed how much they wanted things to go smoothly which was very appreciated. Seller was open to offers.   Item not as described. It was a completely different item than the brand new one in the pictures. The one I received was in poor condition with the paint peeling off. It had a price sticker on the bottom and the photo had no sticker, looked brand new in the photo and writing was completely different. Description said no damage and that it came in original box. There was definitely damage, the paint was peeling off and there was no original box. The seller apologized and gave me a full refund.

  As you stated, when you brought the listing error to our attention, we immediately apologized and gave you a full refund. We also let you keep the item and did not ask you to return it. AI pulled up a previous description for new item we sold before. These things happen. We are sorry you were disappointed but hope you enjoy your free figurine.
