    Terrible product, I DO NOT recommend the seller, they do not take care before sending an item, the mixer came defective, I think it is in very bad taste that they do not check the item before sending it, the description said it was in good condition which was a deception. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

You specified you cannot ship it back because it is too costly to ship back, this is not true since we offer free returns.
