    Seller shipped the item in a timely manner - USPS failed in the shipping and delivery process - daily tracking revealed that the item was in Philadelphia TWICE and New Jersey TWICE before finally getting it to my residence some 9 days later and 5 days after the promised delivery date - this was NOT the sellers fault, but negatively affected the experience as I paid for improved shipping and didn’t get the item on time. The item was well packed and was in good condition as advertised
