  Works well right out of the box, included all original screws and cables were all in good condition, worked right away once installed. Packaging was a bit mangled but the product itself was entirely undamaged so I can't complain. Shipped relatively quickly. Have had it installed for a few days now and haven't noticed anything out of order with it though I haven't tested the fan through the various fan control softwares yet.
