  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had on eBay. When I asked he said he never received the Order From Topps, then told me I could have a refund in which I accepted. Then he just ignored my messages. These cards are from the Topps Living Set, and If you miss out on obtaining any cards the set is useless. After he said he would send a Refund I had to obtain the two cards from another seller. Had to pay $9.00 more then I agreed on with this seller. Beware of his business tactics.

  This is a little unfair. I had my vehicle stolen with my phone inside last week so I am only able to see notifications when I am on my home computer. I was the one who offered the refund initially if you like. The reply happened today 8 hours ago. Since my phone was stolen with my car I am only seeing that notification now. Hasn't been a day. I can't control when the order from topps arrives.
