Item not as described. the wrist band and charger are aftermarket. watch has issues staying on the charger and holding a charge. watch also is constantly in standby, even if i just synced it to my phone. my older model does not have these issues. Photos are of the watch in standby

Sorry to hear you are having issues. The band is original and the charger was a new aftermarket charger as described. With all the issues you speak of I would assume you would of contacted me immediately instead of 6 weeks later. A message to me I would of helped you out. Since this is the only contact I have received, there isn't much I can do. Watch looks great in the picture though, I like the personalized home screen. Feel free to contact me if need be. Thanks
