    The device was new, sealed in original packaging as described, but defective. The battery will not hold a charge. I did not do enough research prior to selecting this massage gun, or I would have discovered that this is apparently a common issue with this manufacturer, and in no way reflects on the seller. Shipping was quick and reasonably priced. The package showed up on time and required a signature, which I appreciated for something that cost this much.
