    The steelbook I purchased arrived promptly. So no complaints there. I think there could have been maybe more protection for the steelbook so there would have been even less chance of damage in transit. When I opened the package there was damage to the upper right hand corner and lower left hand corner. I contacted the seller but, they said there only recourse was I could return it, as their margin was at cost on this. That was quite disappointing to hear. Kept as price was good but item damaged.

    Customer was offered a full refund for the item for that was damaged during shipping, with shipping to and from reimbursed. Customer was also given an upfront discount on the item as well. Not sure what else I could have done to make him happy. Some people you just cant satisfy.
