  The item was in its original packaging but unfortunately a piece from the kit was missing. I contacted the seller to tell them of the issue. They gave me an immediate partial refund due to the missing piece since they had no idea a part was missing. I was able to order the missing piece from the original manufacturer. I truly appreciate the seller giving a partial refund that more than covered the cost and shipping of the replacement part. Very positive transaction with seller.
