  Mug was packaged extremely well and arrived on time. Seller was upfront about a crack on the mug that had not been noted prior to sale. I was given an option to cancel or accept at a lower price, which is what I did. Since I just intend to display the mug rather than use it, the crack isn’t noticeable.
