It works perfect and was purchased at a wonderful price. Pick up takes just a little bit of time but all the staff are wonderful and really good people. I contact them through eBay and ask if I can pick up on a certain day at a time and then I just go and pick it up. Thanks again and will buy again soon!

I reached out to the seller and they said it was listed as "For parts or not working" and they stated it was "missing parts pieces" and offered a $5 refund for the inconvenience. The clamp that was broken is a $25 part and in shown in the photos and is not broken. It was broken in shipping because of the poor packaging. The seller also stopped responding to messages. I would avoid this seller.

Meta Portal was listed as used but it is in excellent condition and it came with the box and original accessories as described. Lucky enough to snag it at a great bid price too. Packaging is superb and well protected. Shipping price is amazingly low for an item this big. You may have to wait a few days for the item to ship but it’s well worth it. I inquired about the shipping and they answered promptly to my satisfaction. Recommended pro seller AAA++++
