    I had a very positive interaction with this seller. When I opened the package the cups were in excellent condition but one of them had a broken handle. I am sure it happened during transport, like the USPS guy threw it onto my porch.... I contacted the seller and she instantly offered to credit me for the purchase. Since I can still use one of the cups we agreed on a deduction of the sales price. I am extremely happy with how she handled this.
