    The boots arrived on time and are as described and actually a little nicer and in better condition than I expected. The packaging could have been better. They just came in a shipping bag with no other wrapping or stuffing for protection. Overall, I'm very happy with the item and the price I paid and would definitely recommend this seller.

Great communication (I had a question about the size and they got back to me same day) and boots came exactly as described (I only buy used boots - my preference because I like boots made in the US and Mexico, and these were in perfect condition) Super fast shipping (the boots were packaged to keep the shape of the boots)- love the boots will buy from them again!

    This is my second pair of boots from this vendor, but it won't be my last. Once again, the boots were even better than described, packaged securely, and shipped promptly - so promptly, in fact, that they arrived a full week ahead of the estimated delivery time.     The boots were in good condition and as described. The only complaint I have is that the boots were NOT packaged well. They were sent in a plastic bag with no protection put around the boots to prevent damage during shipping. When I received them them the bag had several small cuts in the bag from shipping, I buy and sell boots myself and ALWAYS put them in a BOOT BOX and wrap each boot to prevent damage during shipping, I get these boxes from a local boot store. Change your shipping practices
