Great communication with store, well packaged and they were nice and very understanding, performed an easy refund and return.   I'm very impressed by this seller!! I purchased something from them that was made of ceramic and very fragile, and it was so well packaged! It even had foam pillowing to really make sure it was kept secured. It also came in such a timely manner! I highly recommend this seller!
