    Ordered 2 spark plugs from seller. Seller described them as "new". Opened the boxes once they arrived and one of them was not new. It had obviously been installed into an engine and was damaged. The ceramic was busted (see pic). I contacted the seller the same day for a refund and 5 days later still getting crickets. Buy from seller at own risk.
