  Item arrived as described? Yes and No - wrapping on the jewel case and whatnot—however, a huge crack and the case broke in two upon immediately opening was quite disappointing. The DISC WAS UNTOUCHED, so that's good. Got a $5 partial refund for a $50 item because I opened it, with that I can get a jewel case for it…Though, how am I supposed to know that it'll NOT break in two without opening it, but whatever. Overall, an okay experience, you decide to buy or not. Perhaps more secure packaging?
