    Item is of good quality and is as described. Packaging was poor without any bubble wrapping in a simple plastic shipping bag and item was damaged. I notified seller of the damage and lack of packing and seller replaced the item. Second item arrived in a simple plastic shipping bag without bubble wrapping. Item was knocked around a bit due to lack of bubble wrap but managed to survive. Nobody listens. Be advised.

    after waiting a week I received the wrong opener. Genie Customer service did ship out the correct one the same day i contacted them and they gave me the new shipping number. Genie sent me a ups return label and I had to drop it off at a ups store.

    This is on sale at the Home Depot for $150 less I contacted them. They’ve never responded back. Haven’t emailed me back and I have several times. Try to attempt to get in touch with them. I definitely would not buy anything from them again if you wanna have any issues with returns or any product problems this is priced way too high and their customer service is terrible.
