    I love to buy phones from this seller. I can always find an amazing price in exchange for an imparity that doesn't affect functionality (i.e. cracked back). I've ordered several phones from here for me and my family, and I always have a good experience with swift communication, fast delivery, and easy cancellation if I made a mistake. The item is always described either as it is, or sometimes the phone I receive ends up being in better condition than I was expecting.

    Item arrived extremely late, package was pickup by FedEx April 29 and arrived to me on May 13. HOWEVER, to me this seller does still deserve positive feedback due to the good deals this seller provides. My item also included additional accessories which I never expected to be included. Item arrived in good condition, no major scratches just regular use scuffs (minimal) .item works very well. I do recommend this seller, however I highly recommend to get in contact with seller before ordering.

    The item came nicely packaged and had correct specs. Unfortunately, there was a RAM stick that was defective and a storage slot that was also defective. This is to be expected with a machine from 2021, so after contacting the seller about these issues, I was refunded a partial amount in order to replace these defective parts. The seller communicated effectively with me and we came to a conclusion that solved the issues. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Would recommend.
